To Obtain Warranty Service:
Return the guitar with it’s original invoice and it’s original certificate to the Fibenare dealer you bought the guitar from. If you are unable to return the guitar and it’s papers to the Fibenare dealer, please send these directly to Fibenare Guitars Co. and enclose a letter explaining the problem. Care and storage instructions:
Fibenare guitars & basses are handmade from high quality solid wood that is carefully dried and seasoned. Therefore the instruments may be vulnerable to extreme climate conditions. To help maintain your guitar within factory specifications, please follow these instructions:
Always store the instrument in its hardcase.
Avoid long exposure to low or high humidities (50-70% is optimal).
Avoid exposing the instrument to low or high temperatures (14–25ºC is optimal).
Avoid storing your guitar near sources of hot, dry air (such as forced hot air heating ducts), or cold, damp areas (garages, basements).
To preserve the original condition of your fingerboard (lacquered ones are exceptions) please oil it with paraffin oil regularly – the optimal period is bi-monthly.
Preserve the instrument with the proper brand-named guitar care products.
